//Essence of Hamzanama
Understanding the deep underlaying concepts of miniature Persian paintings woven together with the life changing stories of Hamzanama has inspired us to give the eternal stories of Ghālib Lakhnavī our own perspectives.
A passage from the book "The Adventures of Amir Hamza" by Abdullah Bilgrami and Ghalib Lakhnavi was read and used to draw several drawings and make models of the same.
The passage used for this module is in the fourth part of the book, titled, "Of the arrival of Qaroon Akka Bin Furhad-Akka and Kuliyat Bin Galeem Ayaar, and of their taking Amir Hamza and Muqbil Vafadar prisoner."
After reading a few of texts and stories from the Hamzanama we started making a series of drawings from Charcoal on News Prints, which served as a flexible medium in exploring the depths of emotions and feelings and how to bring them live on paper.
